This cold water pressure washer offers flexible water source options. It can be mains fed, gravity fed, or suction fed (tested up to a height of 2m vertically for suction use). For optimal performance when drawing uphill from a water butt or source, we recommend the following tips:
- Ensure a 100% airtight seal on the suction hose to prevent air leaks, as any air drawn into the suction side of the pump can hinder priming.
- Connect the pressure washer to a mains water supply and run it for 1 minute to free up any sticking valves.
- Position the pressure washer as close to the water supply as possible.
- To aid priming, prime the pump before connecting the high-pressure hose to the pump outlet.
