DELIVERY INFORMATION

Powerequipment4u offers free delivery for any parcel dispatched within Mainland UK. Charges would be applied for any parcels being delivered outside mainland UK and Europe. Please note that we are currently taking orders as normal and the dispatch time will be approximately 2-5 working days (depending on the different manufacturers- kindly refer to relevant table below). For any parcels delivered to outside mainland UK and Europe, delivery can be done within 5 to 7 working days. Our ability to deliver within these mentioned times will depend on the delivery ability of our suppliers as well as delivery feasibility of the courier companies. In the eventuality of any delay, kindly be patient should the items reach later than the expected date.

Once an order has been placed, the client will receive automatic notifications with regards to the dispatch and tracking details so as to keep track of the delivery. 

Delivery Fees

Please note that free delivery is only for Mainland UK. All other delivery will come additional delivery charges. The additional delivery costs will depend on the area of delivery and the weight of the unit as per the above table.

(N.B: Our sales team may contact you for after a sales order has been made if additional carriage surcharges need to be applied as per the areas mentioned above – that is, North of Scotland, Scotland -Kirkwall, Shetland Islands, Scotland -Outer Hebrides, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, British Islands, Europe)

Please note that the cut-off time for orders is before 1.00 pm on each working day. 

Our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer with delivery days between Monday to Friday only, provided the item is in stock. On busy days or unforeseen events, the delivery deadline may be extended. In such cases, the client will be constantly updated should such circumstances arise.

Feasibility of Delivery

• Difficult access areas - In case of any access issues for the delivery to take place, it is the responsibility of the client to inform us of same. Some examples of problematic access areas may be road blocks, narrow paths, overwhelming trees on the road, narrow entrances, or areas with no turning possibilities for the delivery vehicles.

• Delivery Schedule – Deliveries are normally made on working days only. In case you want to reschedule your delivery, please feel free to contact us so that we may do the necessary.

• Signature upon Delivery – All parcels are highly recommended to be verified in front of the delivery driver before signing any good condition receipt of the goods.
